IMPORTANT: The Fleet Advisor Hub is currently in closed beta and only available to select Partners.
Clicking the Report Icon on a tile on the Fleet Advisor Hub Dashboard will open a report of the data within that tile.
Each report provides the following controls and functions:
- Click Account (a) to filter the report by account
- Click Filters (b) to open a sidebar where you can apply additional filters
- Click the Index Settings button (c) to manage the columns shown and the number of items per page
- Click a Column Heading (d) to sort the list by that column
- Hover your cursor over an account and click the Impersonate Account Owner button (e) to log into Fleetio as the owner of that account. See Impersonating an Account Owner for more information.
Below is a breakdown of each report you'll find in the Fleet Advisor Hub.
Account Summary
Click the Report Icon next to your Account KPIs at the top of the Dashboard (Active Accounts, Inactive Accounts, Pending Activation, or At Risk Accounts).
This report provides a comprehensive summary of all customer accounts and statuses managed by your organization.
Total Operating Cost
Click the Report Icon on the Total Operating Cost tile.
This report provides a comprehensive view of all costs associated with acquiring, operating, and disposing of vehicles throughout their lifecycle.
Maintenance & Repair Summary
Click the Report Icon on the Preventative vs Non-Preventative Maintenance Cost, Number of Preventative vs Non-Preventative Line Items, or Top Reasons for Repair tiles.
Use the tabs at the top of the report to switch between the Preventative vs Non-Preventative Line Items or Top Reasons for Repairs reports.
Preventative vs Non-Preventative Line Items
Click the Report Icon on the Preventative vs Non-Preventative Maintenance Cost, or Number of Preventative vs Non-Preventative Line Items tiles to navigate directly to this report.
This report allows you to compare preventative and non-preventative line items and cost totals for each account.
Top Reasons for Repairs
Click the Report Icon on the Top Reasons for Repair tile to navigate directly to this report.
This report provides insights into the reasons for repair across all accounts including the number of repairs, number of vehicles impacted, and number of accounts impacted by each repair reason, as well as the repair cost trends across your accounts.
Repair Order Summary
Click the Report Icon on the Open Repair Orders or the Top Accounts with Repair Orders tiles.
This report contains Repair Orders grouped by their state for each account.
Issues & Inspections
Click the Report Icon on the Top Accounts with Overdue Inspections or Top Accounts with Open Issues tiles.
This report allows you to view and analyze Issues and Inspections by account.
Use the tabs at the top of the report to view an Open Issues Summary or Overdue Inspections Summary.
