Fleet Advisor Hub - Dashboard Overview

IMPORTANT: The Fleet Advisor Hub is currently in closed beta and only available to select Partners.

 

The Fleet Advisor Hub Dashboard gives you key information and data for the accounts that you manage.

You can access the Dashboard at any time by clicking Advisor Dashboard in the sidebar navigation.

By default, the Dashboard displays data from all of your accounts, but you can also apply filters to show only one or multiple accounts.

  • Click the Accounts filter at the top of the page and select the accounts you'd like to view, then click Apply.

Tiles

The Dashboard is composed of tiles that each provide valuable insights into data and metrics for all of your accounts or only those you select using the Accounts filter.

Account KPIs

The Account KPIs tile at the top of the page provides an overview of basic account information. Hover your cursor over each data category to view tooltips with additional information.

  • Active Accounts - Total number of active accounts, or the number of selected accounts
    • Active accounts are accounts with active Fleetio subscriptions
  • Vehicles - Total number of vehicles in your accounts
  • Inactive Accounts - Number of accounts that have inactive (canceled) Fleetio subscriptions
  • Pending Activation - Number of active accounts that have not yet added the first vehicle to their account
  • At Risk Accounts - Accounts with no user activity in the last 30 days

Click the Report Icon next to Active Accounts, Inactive Accounts, Pending Activation, or At Risk Accounts to view the Account Summary Report.

Total Operating Cost

The Total Operating Cost tile shows the Total Cost, Service Cost, Fuel Cost, and Other Costs for the selected accounts over the last 3 months, along with a chart displaying the costs over time.

  • Click the Report Icon (a) to view the full Total Operating Cost Report
  • Hover your cursor over a point in the chart (b) to view more detail
  • Hover your cursor over a data category (c) to view tooltips with additional information.

Preventative vs Non-Preventative Maintenance Cost

This tile shows a breakdown of Preventative, Non-Preventative, or Uncategorized maintenance costs for the selected accounts over the last 30 days, broken down by percentage.

  • Click the Report Icon (a) to view the Preventative vs Non-Preventative Line Items tab in the Maintenance & Repair Summary Report.
  • Hover your cursor over a section of the chart to view additional data (b)
  • Hover your cursor over a category (c) to view tooltips with additional details 
  • Click on a data category to exclude it from the chart.

Open Repair Orders

The Open Repair Orders tile shows the number of repair orders for the selected accounts over the last 90 days that Need Approval or are Awaiting Shop.

Vehicles by Make

The Vehicles by Make tile gives insight into the make of the vehicles for the selected accounts, broken down by percentage.

  • Hover your cursor over a section of the chart to view additional details (a). 
  • Hover your cursor over an underlined vehicle make, such as Unknown or Other (b), to view tooltips with additional information.

Vehicle Age by Make

The Vehicle Age by Make shows the age of vehicles in the selected accounts broken down by vehicle make.

  • Hover your cursor over a section of the chart to view additional details (a). 
  • Hover your cursor over an underlined vehicle make, such as Unknown or Other (b), to view tooltips with additional information.

Top Reasons for Repair

The Top Reasons for Repair tile provides a breakdown of the number of each repair order reason type for the selected account's repair orders over the last 30 days.

  • Click the Report Icon to view the Top Reasons for Repairs tab in the Maintenance & Repair Summary Report.
  • Hover your cursor over a section of the chart to see the number of each repair order reason.

Top Accounts With Repair Orders

This tile shows a list of all of your accounts with open repair orders ranked by the highest number of repair orders.

  • Click the Report Icon (a) or View All (b) to view the full Repair Order Summary Report.
  • Each account listed will show how many repair orders Need Approval (c) or are Awaiting Shop (d)

Preventative vs Non-Preventative Repairs Count

This tile shows a breakdown of the number of Preventative, Non-Preventative, or Uncategorized line items in repair orders for all of your accounts.

  • Click the Report Icon (a) to view the Preventative vs Non-Preventative Line Items tab in the Maintenance & Repair Summary Report.
  • Hover your cursor over a section of the chart (b) to view additional details.
  • Hover your cursor over a category (c) to view tooltips with additional information.

Top Accounts with Overdue Inspections

This tile shows a list of all of your accounts with overdue inspections ranked by the highest number.

This tile shows a list of all of your accounts with open or overdue Issues ranked by the highest number.
