NOTE: Smart Priorities is currently in Beta.
Smart Priorities provides the ability to toggle on AI to assign a priority to issues when they are created. This feature helps decrease the time to resolve issues.
How to Enable Smart Priorities
To select a setting for Smart Priorities:
- Click your Account menu and select Settings.
- Under the Issues section, click Issue Priorities.
- Select the Smart Issues Priority you would like to utilize:
- Auto-assign will automatically assign an issue priority based on your issue history
- Suggest will recommend based on your issue history, but you have to manually accept suggestions
- Opt-out will disable Smart Priorities
NOTE: If you participated in the Early Access Program for Smart Priorities, your settings will be defaulted to Auto-Assigned. If you are utilizing Smart Priorities for the first time through the beta, your settings will default to Opt-out.
Creating an Issue with Smart Priorities
Auto Assign Priority
- Navigate to Issues on the sidebar navigation and select Issues.
- Click Add Issue.
- Select the Vehicle.
- Under Priority, choose Smart Priority.
- Add in any additional required fields and click Save Issue.
- On the Issue show, you will see the Issue Priority has been set. Hover over the priority to view the reasoning this level was chosen.
Suggest Priority
- Navigate to Issues on the sidebar navigation and select Issues.
- Click Add Issue.
- Select the Vehicle.
- Under Priority, choose Smart Priority.
- Add in any additional required fields and click Save Issue.
- On the Issue show, you will see the Issue Priority has been suggested. Hover over the priority to view the reasoning this level was chosen.
- To accept the priority level, click on the priority or change the priority, if needed.
