- Click Resolve within the service reminder, on the Service Reminders index, or via Bulk Actions.
- Assignee and Assigned At (date) may be added as visible columns to the Service Reminders index via Manage Columns.
- Select Find a shop to start the three-step assignment process.

Assign Service
- Select a user from the drop-down Assign to menu and the method of notifying this user: email, text, or both.
- Confirm the vehicle is correct and select the asset class.
- Click each Service Reminder you would like resolved.
- Select a future resolution date or keep the current date and select ASAP.
- Click Continue.

Suggest Shop
IMPORTANT: The Suggest Shop feature is available only to Professional and Premium Plan customers.
- Search for a specific area or shop for the assignment.
- Select a shop from the list of suggestions based on the selected vehicle class and service type.
- If you don't want to suggest a shop, you can skip this step.

IMPORTANT: A payment method must be on file to complete the assignment. If missing, you will be prompted to add a payment card prior to assignment. Once a payment method is added, it can be managed in Shop Network > Shop Payments. Learn more in Maintenance Shop Network: Using a Card as a Payment Method.

Confirm
Review and confirm the Service Assignment details, then click Assign to finish.

Notifications
Once the service assignment has been confirmed, the driver will receive directions via text or email with service details, including a recommended shop (if selected), and can acknowledge the assignment.

The acknowledgment and assignment can then be tracked in the Service Reminders index.
