Table of Contents
The Fleetio Go Home Screen loads whenever you log in to the Fleetio Go mobile app. Like the Dashboard in the Fleetio web app, the Home Screen gives you quick and easy access to important data and workflows.
Fleetio Go customizes your Home Screen based on your permissions and available data, so the exact layout can differ slightly.
NOTE: The screenshots below show the iOS version of Fleetio Go.
Shortcuts
Shown at the top of the Home Screen, Shortcuts save time from looking through the app to find a specific asset or workflow.

Scan Barcode - Tap this shortcut to scan a Vehicle or Tool barcode. If Fleetio Go doesn't recognize the barcode, you can link it to an Asset or create a new one if you have the appropriate permissions.
NOTE: To scan a part, use the barcode scanner on the Parts list instead of the shortcut scanner. See Manage Parts and Inventory in Fleetio Go for more information.
Start Inspection - Tap this shortcut to Submit an Inspection. The list contains only the Inspection Forms that you have access to complete.
Create Issue - Tap this shortcut to Create an Issue for an Asset. You will only be able to add Issues to Assets that you have permission to view.
Shop Instructions - Tap this shortcut to view shop instructions when getting your vehicle serviced through Fleetio's Maintenance Shop Network. You will only be able to view shop instructions if your account has Maintenance Shop Network enabled.
NOTE: Assigned Operators and Watchers can also view the progress of a Maintenance Shop Network Repair Order on their Fleetio Go home screen. Click here to learn more.
Recent Vehicles
This section shows the Vehicles you have most recently viewed using either Fleetio Go or the Fleetio web app. To view the full list of Vehicles, tap View All.

Work Orders
Users with permission to edit Work Orders and/or Users who are classified as Technicians will see this section. It will display any Work Orders you're currently clocked into.

Suggested Inspections
The Suggested Inspections section shows any Inspection forms you've submitted within the last 30 days sorted by the due date that are approaching first, where applicable. Tap Start to start an Inspection.
Any Inspection Forms that are in progress will also appear here. Tap Resume to complete and submit the Inspection.

Watched Issues
This section shows any Open Issues that you are watching. Tap View All to see the full list of issues.

TIP: When you report or interact with an issue in Fleetio, you automatically become a Watcher of that issue. Learn more in Watching in Fleetio Go.
