Push Notifications
Get notified on your mobile device when important work happens in Fleetio. Updates to records you are Watching in Fleetio Go can be configured as push notifications and can also be found in the Fleetio Go Notifications Center.

Notification Settings
To manage your push notifications, tap your Profile Menu in the top right, then tap Notifications.

Here, you'll see high-level notification settings and categories for each notification type, allowing you to tailor your notifications to your specific needs.

If notifications are disabled in your device settings, you'll see a warning at the top of the screen. Tap the Open Device Settings button to open your device settings, where you can enable notifications for Fleetio Go.

NOTE: When you first sign into the app and after routine updates, your device may prompt you to allow push notifications again.
Email Notifications
Tap the Email Notifications toggle to enable or disable notifications sent to your email address.
NOTE: This does not disable emails from your Saved Reports, Inspection Workflows you've been added to, or essential system communications such as password reset emails and user invitations.
Push Notifications
Tap the Push Notifications toggle to enable or disable push notifications on any devices logged into Fleetio Go.
NOTE: You will not receive push notifications unless you have enabled push notifications from Fleetio Go in your device settings.
Notification Categories
Tap on a category, such as Vehicles, Tools, or Parts, to manage email and push notifications within that category.

Tap the Category Notifications toggle (a) to enable or disable all notifications for that category.
- For example, disabling the Vehicle Notifications toggle means you won't receive any Vehicle-related email or push notifications.
Tap the Email (b) or Push Notification (c) buttons to enable or disable notifications for individual events within that category.
- For example, if you only want to receive push notifications when another user adds you as a watcher, tap the Push Notification button next to Vehicle Watch.
Notifications Center
The Notifications Center shows all recent activity for the records that you watch, comments, and @mentions.
Tap Notifications in the bottom menu to load your Notifications Center.

Here, you'll see all your notifications listed with the most recent on top. Tap the filters at the top of the screen to filter by Comments (a), @Mentions (b), or Archived (c).

Tap the Settings Icon (d) to change your Notification Settings. Tap the More Actions Button (e) to Mark all as read or Archive All notifications.

Tap on a notification in the list to view its details, swipe left to archive it, or swipe right to mark it as read.

TIP: To move an archived notification back to your inbox, swipe left on the notification in the Archived tab and tap Move to Inbox.
For Comment notifications, tap Reply to reply to the comment directly from the Notification Center.
