Multiple Accounts

Some Fleetio Users and partners may have access to multiple Fleetio Accounts. This means you can have one User Profile (username/email and password) and "switch" between different Accounts.

Multiple Accounts are particularly useful for maintenance providers who manage or service multiple fleets or for business users who also use Fleetio for their personal vehicles.

IMPORTANT:

  • Each Account is billed separately. Contact sales@fleetio.com for details.
  • You can't access data across multiple Accounts for reporting purposes. Account data is completely separate from one to the next
  • The last Account you used will be remembered as the "current" account, and will be shown automatically when you next log in
  • Take advantage of our easy options to Export and Import data!

To switch between accounts, click your Account Menu and select Switch Accounts.

Signing Up for Multiple Account Access

If you have two Fleetio accounts that are billed separately, contact Fleetio Support to be granted multiple account access.

Creating Multiple Accounts

Some Fleetio partners are allowed to create multiple Fleetio accounts. Once permission is granted, a User is able to create new accounts that automatically include a trial period.

To add a new account, go to secure.fleetio.com/accounts and click the New Account button. You'll then be asked to fill out the organizational details for the new account. Your User account will be the Account Owner of the new account.

You can easily move between accounts via the Switch Accounts link in the Account Menu, as shown above.
