Maintenance Shop Network: Driver Hub

Quick help for drivers using Fleetio's Maintenance Shop Network.

 

Know Before You Go

Prepare for Service

  • Check your Preferred Vendors to ensure they are In-Network or find a Fleetio Network shop via the Shop Directory in your Fleetio Web Dashboard or Fleetio Go.
  • Invite Out-of-Network shops to join the Fleetio Network by directing them to fleetio.com/vendors.
  • Contact the shop directly to make your service appointment and let them know you are a Fleetio user.
  • Fleetio Network shops process transactions using a program called Auto Integrate. This is accessed either through a shop's Point of Sale or by logging into their account on the Auto Integrate website: id.autointegrate.com/Account/Login
 
 

At the Shop

Service Check-In

  • Upon arrival at the shop, tell the service counter that you are a Fleetio user and services are approved and billed through Auto Integrate.
  • Use printed Vehicle ID cards or share Shop Instructions within the Fleetio Go app to assist the shop.
  • Approval for service may be at a driver's discretion (Auto Approval) or managed by your company. Fleetio does not approve Repair Orders.
  • Once the shop submits the estimate in Auto Integrate, notifications are sent to all designated approvers.
  • Fleetio Go users may watch the repair order approval progress in-app if they are a vehicle watcher.
 
 

Next Steps

Service Complete

  • Collect any shop paperwork, such as estimates, inspections, and final work orders/invoices.
  • After service, payment is not required as services are billed directly to your company.
  • Payment is delivered to the shop via electronic transfer or a single-use Virtual Credit Card Number within Auto Integrate.
