Overview
With the Fleetio Go mobile app, you can add new Vehicles, view and edit Vehicle information, and perform many of the same actions available in the web app (via web browser):
- View Various Logs and Histories
- Add Fuel Entries
- Add Service Reminders
- Add Service Entries and Work Orders
- Update Meters
- Create Issues
- Record Comments
- Assign Operators
- Submit Inspections
Update Vehicle Information in Fleetio Go Video
View Vehicles
Recent Vehicles you've viewed appear on the Home screen. To go to the full Vehicle list, tap View All next to your Recent Vehicles or tap Browse on the bottom menu, then tap Vehicles.
Use the Search (a) to search for a specific Vehicle, or use Filters (b) to sort the list and narrow the results shown.
Add a New Vehicle
IMPORTANT: The amount of vehicles you have access to add to your account depends on your Fleetio plan. Only the Account Owner or Administrator with billing permissions can adjust the number of vehicles in your account.
In the Vehicles Index, tap the + icon (a) to add a new Vehicle or tap the barcode symbol (b) to Scan a Barcode or QR Code.
Tap any Vehicle row to view Vehicle details and access additional actions.
Update Vehicle Information
Once you are on the Vehicle Details Screen, you can Update Meters, Vehicle Status, or Group (a), Assign/Unassign the Vehicle (b), and Edit the Vehicle Details by tapping the More Actions Button in the top right (c).
Alerts and Menu Options
The Alerts section highlights Overdue, Due Soon, and Open Alerts, such as Inspection Forms, Issues, Service Reminders, and Renewal Reminders.
Scroll down to the Menu section, providing access to the Fuel Log, Service History, Work Orders, and much more.
Quick Add
Tap the green + circle in the lower right corner of a Vehicle Details Screen to access Quick Add options according to your User Roles & Permissions.
NOTE: If you have questions about your Roles & Permissions, contact your Account Owner or Administrator.
Use the Quick Add menu to add a Fuel Entry, Service Entry, Work Order, Inspection, Issue, Meter Entry, Service Reminder, or Comment (including the ability to @mention another User in a comment).
