Fleet Advisor Hub - Accounts Overview

IMPORTANT: The Fleet Advisor Hub is currently in closed beta and only available to select Partners.

 

The Fleet Advisor Hub Accounts index gives you access to the customer accounts that you have permission to manage. You can view key account information at a glance, such as the Account Status, number of Vehicles, and more.

Accounts Index

To view the Accounts index, click Accounts in the Sidebar Navigation.

Here you can:

  1. Search for an account
  2. Filter by the Fleet Agents assigned to the account
  3. Filter by Account Status:
    • Active - Accounts with an active Fleetio subscription
    • Pending - Active accounts that have not yet added their first vehicle
    • Inactive - Accounts with an inactive Fleetio subscription
  4. Click Filters to access additional filters
  5. Add an Account
  6. Hover over an account and click Impersonate Account Owner to log into Fleetio as the Owner of that account (see Impersonating an Account Owner)
  • Click on an account in the list to view its Account Details (see below)

Account Details

Click on an account in the Accounts Index to view its Account Details page.

At the top of the page, you'll see the Account Name and Logo, as well as:

  1. Key account information such as their industry, the date and time the account was created, the number of vehicles and users, status, Account Owner, and Labels.
  2. Click the tabs to see the Account Overview, Vehicles, or Users. These are tabs covered in more detail below.
  3. Click the More Actions button to Edit or Deactivate the Account.
  4. Click the Impersonate Account Owner button to log in to Fleetio as the Account Owner. See Impersonating an Account Owner for more information.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab contains tiles of detailed account information and data to help you better understand the account's needs.

Starting at the top of the Overview, you'll see key metrics to give you a quick glance at a customer's overall fleet health over the last 30 days: Vehicles, Open Issues, Overdue Inspections, and Average Cost per Meter.

The Total Operating Cost tile shows the account's total operating cost broken down by the Total Cost, Service Cost, Fuel Cost, and Other Costs.

  1. Click the link icon to view the full Operating Cost Summary report in Fleetio.
  2. Hover your cursor over data points in the chart to view additional details.

The Details tile shows the following account information:

  • Name - The account name
  • Owner - The owner of the account
  • Fleet Agent - The account's primary Fleet Agent
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Status - Whether the account is active or inactive
  • Date Created - Date the account was created

You can click Edit (a) to edit the account details or click the Impersonate Account Owner button (b) to log into Fleetio as the Account Owner.

The Cost Per Meter tile shows a chart showing vehicle cost per mile and cost per hour. Click here to learn more about Cost per Meter.

  1. Click the link icon to view the full Cost/Meter Trend report in Fleetio
  2. Hover your cursor over a data point to view additional details

The Repair Orders tile shows the account's Repair Orders over the last 90 days.

  • Use the tabs (a) to filter the list to show Needs Approval, Awaiting Shop, or Approved repair orders
  • Each RO shows the Vehicle name (b), Location (c), age (d), description (e), and total cost (f)
  • To view the Repair Order in Fleetio, click the View RO button (g)

The Account Plan and Tools Add-On tiles show the account's plan details.

  • You'll see the current Plan, State, and Date Created
  • For accounts with a Tools Add-On, you'll also see the account's Tool Assets band
  • Click Manage Plan (a) or Manage Tools (b) to make changes to the account's plans

NOTE: Accounts can only be onboarded to a Professional or Premium plan through the Fleet Advisor Hub.

 

Vehicles Tab

The Vehicles tab contains a list of all active vehicles in the account and a breakdown of vehicles by make and by year.

  1. Hover over a data point in the chart to view additional details
  2. Search for a specific vehicle
  3. Click Filters to open the Filters menu
  4. Filters menu
  5. Click on a column to sort the list
  6. Click the View Settings Button to manage the columns shown
  7. Click the More Actions Button for a vehicle and select View in Account to view the vehicle in Fleetio.

Users Tab

The Users tab contains a list of all users that have access to the account and a breakdown of those users by their current status.

  1. Hover over a data point in the chart to view additional details
  2. Search for a specific user
  3. Filter the list by User Access, User Type, or Classification, or click Filters to open the Filters menu
  4. Filters menu
  5. Click on a column to sort the list
  6. Click the View Settings Button to manage the columns shown
  7. Click the More Actions Button for a vehicle and select View in Account to view the User in Fleetio.

Labels

Labels give you the ability to categorize your Accounts based on any criteria you choose.

To edit the Labels on an Account, click Edit Labels, select your preferred labels from the list, and click Save.

If you type the name of a Label that does not exist, you can click the + Create button to add it as a new Label.
