Data Connectors let you move Fleetio data into the tools you already use for reporting, analysis, and workflow automation without building a custom API integration from scratch.
What can I use Data Connectors for?
With Data Connectors, you can:
- Build dashboards and reports with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
- Load Fleetio data into data pipelines and warehouses with tools such as Fivetran and Airbyte.
- Connect Fleetio data to other applications through no-code platforms such as Zapier and Workato.
- Reduce manual exports and standardize how Fleetio data is collected for reporting and analysis.
Access Data Connectors in Fleetio
To view the available connectors:
- Sign in to the Fleetio web app.
- Select Integrations from the Sidebar Navigation.
- Select Data Connectors in the Integrations Directory.
- Select a connector to learn more and follow its setup instructions.
Only Account Owners and Administrators with the Manage Integrations permission can view and manage the Integrations Directory. See User Management Overview for more information about permissions.
Before you get started
Before setting up a connector, make sure you:
- Know which tool or destination you want to use for your Fleetio data.
- Have the required permissions in that tool or destination.
- Review the connector-specific setup guide in the Fleetio Developer Portal.
- Have access to the Fleetio API if the connector requires Fleetio API credentials. See API Keys for information about creating and managing API keys.
If you use a Fleetio API key, the data available to the connector is determined by the permissions of the User who created the key. We recommend using a dedicated API key for each connector, keeping API keys private, and revoking or regenerating them when access should no longer be available.
Data sync behavior
Sync frequency, supported record types, and whether historical data is available depend on the connector you choose. Review the connector-specific guide for details before you begin.
