Issue Prioritization

Issue Prioritization uses AI to automatically scan and prioritize new Issues created in your account. You can set Issue Prioritization to auto-assign or suggest a priority.

Turn Issue Prioritization On or Off

In most cases, Issue Prioritization is on by default and set to Auto-assign.

To access this setting for your account:

  1. Go to your Account Menu and select Settings

  1. In the settings sidebar, click AI Service Advisor in the Intelligence section.
  2. In the Issue Prioritization section, toggle the feature on to access settings.
  3. In the Issue Prioritization section, select Auto-assign, or Suggest.
    • Auto-assign: When an issue is created or generated from a failed inspection item or telematics fault, Service Advisor will assign the recommended priority to the issue automatically
    • Suggest: Service Advisor will suggest a priority for you to manually assign

Priorities are indicated with a star next to the Issue priority.

  • Auto-assigned priorities are marked with a purple star
