IMPORTANT: The Fleet Advisor Hub is currently in closed beta and only available to select Partners.
This article will guide you through adding and managing Demo Accounts in the Fleet Advisor Hub.
PERMISSIONS: Only advisors with the following permissions can manage Demo Accounts:
- Administrators
- Fleet Agents or Sales Reps with View Demo Accounts permission (to view Demo Accounts)
- Fleet Agents or Sales Reps with Create Demo Accounts permission (to add new Demo Accounts)
- Fleet Agents or Sales Reps with Edit Demo Accounts permission (to modify Demo Accounts)

Adding a Demo Account
To add a new Demo Account:
- Click Demo Accounts in the Sidebar Navigation.
- Click the + Add Demo Account button in the top right.
- Complete the Account Details form:
- Enter an Account Name
- Select the Account Owner from the list
- Select your preferred Organization Branding:
- Include Organization Branding will apply your organization's logo to the Demo Account
- Exclude Organization Branding will apply Fleetio's logo to the Demo Account.

Select Integration
- Selecting an integration demonstrates how users can automate fleet operations and centralize fleet data.
- Users will not be able to interact with the integration - only view sample data for demonstration purposes.
- When you're finished, click the Create button.
Managing Demo Accounts
To manage Demo Accounts, click Demo Accounts in the Sidebar Navigation to view the Demo Accounts index.
Here, you'll see a list of all Demo Accounts created by your organization including the Account Owner and date each account was created.
- Use the Search bar (a) at the top of the page to locate a specific account by keyword.
- Clicking on a Demo Account Name (b) will log you into the Demo Account as the Account Owner.
To edit Demo Account details, click the More Actions Button for the account and select Edit Account.
When editing, you can change the Demo Account Name and Organization Branding options. Click the Update button to save your changes.
Impersonating a Demo Account Owner
You can impersonate a Demo Account Owner in both the Fleetio web app and Fleetio Go.
In the Fleetio Web App
In the Demo Account index, click the Account Name or click the More Actions Button for the account and select Impersonate Account Owner.
A new browser window will open, and you will be logged into the Demo Account as the Account Owner.
In Fleetio Go
Click the More Actions Button for the account and select Impersonate Account Owner in Fleetio Go.
Using your mobile device's camera, scan the QR Code that appears in the pop-up. This will open the Fleetio Go app logged in as the Demo Account Owner.
