Integrating Wialon with Fleetio enhances fleet operations by combining Wialon's enhanced tracking capabilities with Fleetio's comprehensive maintenance management tools.
Wialon automatically sends crucial data - such as vehicle location, fuel levels, mileage, and engine hours - to Fleetio. This automation ensures that maintenance schedules and records are always up-to-date without manual data entry.
Wialon is a telematics API integration that includes the following features:

What You Need to Know
The vehicle VINs in both systems must match for Wialon and Fleetio assets to sync.
To successfully send data from Wialon to Fleetio, the measurement units for primary and secondary meters in Fleetio must match the measurement units selected for unit counters in Wialon.

Set Up the Integration
In Fleetio:
- Follow the API Keys guide to generate an API Token and Account Token
In Wialon:
- Go to Account Properties
- On the Advanced tab, under Connect to Fleetio, paste the copied tokens into the API Token and Account Token fields.
- Click OK.
