In order to import Repair Orders directly from a Preferred Maintenance Provider, Vehicles must include a 17-character VIN. If a VIN is not 17 characters, the Auto Integrate Status will be shown as Invalid until the VIN is changed.
IMPORTANT: Maintenance Shop Network is available for all Professional, and Premium Plan customers.
PERMISSIONS: Account Owners and Administrators can set up and manage Maintenance Shop Network. Learn more in User Management Overview.
To check a Vehicle's Auto Integrate status:
- Click Shop Network in the Sidebar Navigation, then select Shop Payments.
- Click the Vehicle Management tab.
NOTE: If you have multiple payment accounts, select a Payment Method from the Shop Payments dropdown menu to access the Vehicle Management tab.

This page lists All Vehicles in your fleet. You can use the quick filters to find vehicles by Auto Integrate Status, Vehicle Group, or Vehicle Type. If you have specific criteria you want to filter by, select All Filters to load more data fields, including custom fields.
Invalid VINs
Vehicles with an Invalid Auto Integrate Status will display a note underneath indicating the changes needed in the Vehicle Details.
To edit the Vehicle Details:
- Hover over a Vehicle with an invalid VIN and click the More Actions Button.
- Select Edit.

- On the Edit Vehicle page, enter the correct VIN in the Identification section.
TIP: If you have assets with non-standard VINs, format the VINs to be completely unique to each asset to avoid the chance of duplicates that may exist in other accounts.

- When you're finished, click the Save Vehicle button.
Once you've saved your changes, you can go back to the Vehicle Management tab on the Shop Payments screen to check the status again.
NOTE: The most current odometer reading will be sent to Auto Integrate within 24 hours of validating a VIN. From that point on, meters are sent to Auto Integrate on a nightly basis.
