Check out a Fleetio Tool asset quickly and easily with Tool QR codes. Unlike other barcodes in Fleetio, Users can scan the check out/in codes by opening their mobile phone's camera rather than opening Fleetio Go and then using the scanner.
PERMISSIONS:
- Tools must be enabled for your account.
- Administrators have full access to export data, generate QR codes, and check Tools out/in.
- Regular Users must have the "Manage Tool Assignments" in their User Roles & Permissions and access to Tools in their Record Sets.
To get the new QR codes on your Tools, either print them directly from Fleetio or export your data and upload it to an Avery-style service to make your own labels.
