The SC Fuels integration automatically sends eligible SC Fuels fuel purchase transactions to Fleetio, where they are added to your account’s Fuel History. This helps reduce manual data entry and provides consistent visibility into fuel purchases across your fleet.
Supported Fuel Cards
The integration supports fuel transactions made with eligible cards issued by SC Fuels, including:

IMPORTANT: This is an SC Fuels integration that can include eligible SC Fuels-issued CFN, Pac Pride, Voyager, and SC Fuels Proprietary card transactions. It is not a direct Fleetio + CFN, Fleetio + Pac Pride, or Fleetio + Voyager integration, and it does not support all cards on those networks. To use this integration, you must be an SC Fuels customer and your cards must be issued by SC Fuels.
Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, confirm the following:
- You are an SC Fuels customer.
- Your fuel cards are issued by SC Fuels.
- Vehicle names in SC Fuels match the corresponding vehicle names in Fleetio. SC Fuels uses the vehicle name to match fuel transactions to vehicles in Fleetio. Matching vehicle names before setup helps transactions sync to the correct vehicle.
Set Up
Set up the integration in the SC Fuels Customer Portal from Partner Integrations.
- Log in to the SC Fuels Customer Portal.
- Go to Partner Integrations.

- Select Add Partner.
- Choose Fleetio as the transaction partner and click Submit.

- Enter your Fleetio API Key and Account Token.
- Click Save.

- Wait for setup and authorization to complete.
Setup typically takes 1-3 business days. Once setup is complete, transactions are generally transmitted to Fleetio daily at 7:00 PM PST.

Account Requirements
The Fleetio integration must be set up through your primary SC Fuels account. If your organization has associated sub-accounts, transactions from those sub-accounts are automatically included and sent with the primary account’s fuel transaction data.
SC Fuels customers can set up a maximum of two API integrations with third-party partners. For example, you may be able to connect SC Fuels with Fleetio and one other partner, but you cannot exceed SC Fuels’ two-partner integration limit.
IMPORTANT: Fuel purchases made before the integration is enabled are not automatically added to Fleetio. To add past fuel purchases, upload historical fuel data using Fleetio’s Fuel Entries Import.
Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails, SC Fuels sends an email with details and an attached file formatted for Fleetio upload. Review the file, correct any issues in Fleetio, and upload the updated file to keep your records accurate.
After making corrections, contact SC Fuels Support so they can update their systems and help prevent similar issues in future fuel purchase records. Updates made by SC Fuels do not resend the corrected data for transactions that have already failed. Those transactions may need to be manually uploaded into Fleetio. Common Transaction Failures:

| price_per_volume_unit: is not a number | Pricing error. Reach out to SC Fuels Customer Support. |
| API 422 (meter_entry.value) | A value is invalid. Internal Error: contact SC Fuels Customer Support. |
Remove Integration
To stop sending SC Fuels fuel purchase transactions to Fleetio:
- Log in to the SC Fuels Customer Portal.
- Go to Partner Integrations.
- Select Remove Partner for the Fleetio integration.
- Click OK to confirm the removal.

Removing the integration stops future fuel purchase data from syncing to Fleetio.
