Samsara API Token Integration Setup

There are two paths you will need to take depending on where you are in the integration setup process.

Setting Up a New API Token

Update an Existing Samsara API Token to Adjust Scope Settings

1. In Samsara, click the Settings gear on the bottom left of the screen.
2. Under the Developer section, click API Tokens.

3. Locate the Fleetio API token and click the Edit button.

4. Ensure the Tag Access option is set to Entire Organization.

5. In the Global dropdown under Scopes, select Global Read and Global Write.

6. Click Save.
7. Return to Fleetio to re-enable the integration, since parts of the integration may have been disabled.
