IMPORTANT: Maintenance Shop Network is available for all Professional and Premium Plan customers.
Once you have completed the setup steps in the Maintenance Shop Network Overview and Onboarding Checklist, you're ready to guide your Drivers into the right shops, get your vehicles serviced, and get them back on the road.
IMPORTANT: The Shop Directory only displays Service Providers/Shops available in one country per Fleetio account. Shops are paid in their national currency.
- Start by Searching the Directory in Fleetio Go to find in-network shops.
- Choose a shop, and when you arrive, make a note of the vehicle's current meter reading.
- In the shop, identify yourself as a Fleetio customer. For reference, Fleetio is your Fleet Company with approvals managed in Auto Integrate.
- Wait for Repair Order Approval - this may be Automatic or could require Manual override, depending on the cost and/or type of service.
- There is NO payment needed at the time of service, and no receipts to track ... when the service is complete, you and your vehicle are back on the road!
