Assign a Maintenance Shop Network Payment Method for each Parent Group in your Fleetio account.
Assign a Group Payment Method
- Go to your Account Menu and select Settings.
- In the Settings sidebar, click Groups & Subgroups in the Organization section.
NOTE: The Payment Method column in Groups & Subgroups is only visible to Fleets with Maintenance Shop Network enabled.
- Click on Select a payment method, and select the desired account for each Group from the drop-down menu.
IMPORTANT: Group Card Assignments may only be applied to Groups. Each Subgroup payment method is inherited from the parent group. Learn more about Groups & Subgroups.
- Groups not assigned to a specific Payment Method will default to your Primary Account. Your Primary Account may be changed in the Shop Payments overview Actions section by selecting an account.
IMPORTANT: Subaccounts may not be used as a group payment method.
Unassign a Payment Method
- Click Groups & Subgroups in the Organization section.
- Select Unassign from the Payment Method drop-down menu.
