The Fleetio Go Home Screen loads whenever you log in to Fleetio Go. Like the Dashboard in the Fleetio web app, the Home Screen gives you quick and easy access to important data and workflows.
By default, Fleetio Go tailors your home screen widgets based on your permissions and available data, so the exact layout you see may differ slightly from what's shown here.
Shortcuts
Shortcuts give you quick access to a specific asset or workflow without having to navigate through the app.
TIP: Shortcuts are customizable, meaning you can select which shortcuts you want shown, as well as create your own for specific workflows. Learn more about customizing your shortcuts in Custom Shortcuts in Fleetio Go.
Some examples of default shortcuts include:
- Scan Barcode - Tap this shortcut to scan a Vehicle or Tool barcode. If Fleetio Go doesn't recognize the barcode, you can link it to an Asset or create a new one if you have the appropriate permissions.
NOTE: To scan a part, use the barcode scanner on the Parts list instead of the shortcut scanner. See Manage Parts and Inventory in Fleetio Go for more information.
- Start Inspection - Tap this shortcut to Submit an Inspection. The list contains only the Inspection Forms that you have access to complete.
- Create Issue - Tap this shortcut to Create an Issue for an Asset. You will only be able to add Issues to Assets that you have permission to view.
- Shop Instructions - Tap this shortcut to view shop instructions when getting your vehicle serviced through Fleetio's Maintenance Shop Network. You will only be able to view shop instructions if your account has Maintenance Shop Network enabled.

Widgets
Scroll down on the home screen to see your Widgets. Widgets give you quick access to the data you use most, such as Recent Vehicles you've viewed, Work Orders you're clocked into, or Issues you're currently watching.
Shortcuts are also considered a Widget, and can be moved or removed from your home screen by following the steps below.
Manage Widgets
To manage your widgets, tap the Filters button at the top of the home screen.
Tap Manage Widgets to select which Widgets you want to appear on your home screen.
Then, on the Manage Widgets screen, use the toggles to turn individual Widgets on or off.
Once you've made your selections, tap Done in the top right.
Reorder Widgets
On the Customize Home screen, tap and drag the reorder icon to move your widgets into the order you'd like them to appear.
When you're finished, tap Save in the top right.
Widget Types
Below are explanations of each widget type.
Inspections
The Suggested Inspections widget shows any Inspection forms you've submitted within the last 30 days sorted by the due date that are approaching first, where applicable. Tap Start to start an Inspection.
Any Inspection Forms that are in progress will also appear here. Tap Resume to complete and submit the Inspection.
Recent Vehicles
This widget shows the Vehicles you have most recently viewed using either Fleetio Go or the Fleetio web app. To view the full list of Vehicles, tap View All.
Repairs in Progress
The Repairs in Progress widget shows you any active Repair Orders.
RO's Needing Approval
This widget shows any Repair Orders that are awaiting approval.

Upcoming Reservations
This widget is used to manage Motor Pool reservations as part of the Motor Pool Early Access Program.
Watched Issues
This section shows any open Issues that you are watching. Tap View All to see the full list of issues.
TIP: When you report or interact with an issue in Fleetio, you atomatically become a Watcher of that issue. Learn more in Watching in Fleetio Go.
Work Orders
Users with permission to edit Work Orders and/or Users who are classified as Technicians will see this section. It will display any Work Orders you're currently clocked into.
