Fleetio Go offers various user and app Settings to customize your mobile experience.
To access settings, tap your profile icon in the top right:
On the settings screen, you can manage your Profile, Password, User Preferences, Notifications, Inspections settings, and access Early Access Program features.
Learn more about each of these settings below.
Edit Profile
Tap Edit Profile to change your name, profile photo, or phone number.
Update Password
Tap Update Password to change your Fleetio password.
- Enter your Current Password, your Username (optional), and then your new password in the New Password and Verify Password fields.
- Tap Save when you're finished.
User Preferences
In User Preferences, you can change the following:
- Fuel Economy Units - Select from MPG (US), MPG (UK), L/100km, or km/L.
- App Language - Change the language of Fleetio Go. Learn more in Change App Language in Fleetio Go.
- Appearance - Select Match System (to match your device's default appearance), Light Theme, or Dark Theme
- Time Zone - Select your time zone
Notifications
Tap Notifications to customize your notification settings.
If you want to receive push notifications, turn on the main Push Notifications toggle at the top of the menu.

Inspections Settings
Tap Inspections to manage Inspection settings:
- Manage your Saved Signature for Inspection Forms
- Enable or disable Offline Inspections

Early Access Program
Tap Early Access Program to enable or disable Early Access features.

Other Settings
Email Support
Tap Email Support to send an email to Fleetio Support. This will open your device's default email app.
Provide App Feedback
Tap Provide App Feedback to open a form where you can submit general feedback or suggestions to the Fleetio Product team.
Help Center and Fleetio Academy
Tap Help Center to visit the Fleetio Help Center (where you are now).
Tap Fleetio Academy to visit the Fleetio Academy, where you can watch Training Videos and access learning paths.
Release Notes and Privacy Policy
Tap Release Notes to view the latest Fleetio Go release information.
Tap Privacy Policy to see the Fleetio Privacy Policy.
Switch Accounts and Log Out
If you're a member of multiple Fleetio Accounts, the Settings screen will also include a Switch Accounts button, which you can tap to change between your Fleetio Accounts.
Log Out
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap the Log Out button to sign out of Fleetio.
