Fleetio Go Settings

Fleetio Go offers various user and app Settings to customize your mobile experience.

To access settings, tap your profile picture in the top right to open the Settings menu.

Edit Profile

Tap Edit Profile to change your display name.

Update Password

Tap Update Password to change your Fleetio password.

  1. Enter your Current Password, your Username (optional), and then your new password in the New Password and Verify Password fields.
  2. Tap Save when you're finished.

User Settings

User Settings allow you to configure your Time Zone and Fuel Economy Units (MPG for US/UK, L/100km or kpl). Remember to tap Save if you make any changes.

Notifications

Tap Notifications to customize your notification settings. If you want to receive push notifications, turn on the main Push Notifications toggle at the top of the menu.

Provide App Feedback

Tap Provide App Feedback to open a form where you can submit general feedback or suggestions to the Fleetio Product team.

Contact Us

Tap Contact Us to send an email to Fleetio Support. This will open your device's email app.

Switch Accounts

If you're a member of multiple Fleetio Accounts, the Settings screen will also include a Switch Accounts option, which you can tap to change between your Fleetio Accounts.

Manage Cell Data Usage - Photo Upload Quality

Photo Uploads can be added to various records in Fleetio Go, for example, Inspections and Service Entries. Uploads require bandwidth usage, which is important for cellular data plans if you are not connected to a WiFi network. Photo resolution settings affect the upload speed and the quality of the images you save.

In order to offer you maximum control, Fleetio Go includes a setting for Photo Upload Quality in the Settings menu.

  • Low is the fastest option. Photos uploaded with this setting do lose some crispness but are overall still clear and useable for most fleet management use cases. This is recommended for users where network connection is a concern.
  • High is a happy medium and the default setting. It's significantly faster than Full and retains good photo quality.
  • Full, as the name suggests, Fleetio Go uploads the full image from your device. This can take 15-20 seconds per photo with a strong network connection. Full quality is not recommended for slower networks.

Saved Signature

Save a signature for easy access when submitting Inspections.

To set a new signature, tap Saved Signature, then tap Update in the top right corner. You can return here to change your signature at any time.

Offline Inspections

Offline Inspections let you access and save Inspections even if you're not connected to the internet. Turn on the Offline Inspections toggle to enable Offline Inspections. Tap Inspections Uploads to view any pending offline Inspection forms.

Help Center, Training Videos, and Logout

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu to see options to visit the Fleetio Help Center, watch Training Videos, view Release Notes, or see the Fleetio Privacy Policy.

Tap the Log Out button to sign out of Fleetio.
