Fleetio's Early Access Program gives you the chance to try out new Fleetio features in advance of their release and at your own convenience.
By being one of the first to try new features, you'll have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback and help us deliver a better Fleetio experience for everyone.
PERMISSIONS: Only Account Owners and Administrators can access Early Access features.
What You Need to Know About Early Access Features
Early Access features are separated into two categories:

In Development features are features Fleetio intends to launch after receiving more feedback. In development features are more refined, but you may encounter the occasional quirk.
- In development features may be in an Alpha, Beta, or Limited Release stage.
- Fleetio Labs features are ideas that Fleetio is still exploring. You will likely encounter bugs, as these are experimental features that are meant to be improved upon, so some interactions may differ from the Fleetio you're used to.
IMPORTANT: Early Access features are subject to change and may not be included in the final release or remain on the same plans. Availability is not guaranteed, and features may be modified or removed as we continue to refine the experience.
Fleetio will communicate any changes to Early Access features that will impact your organization.
Opt in to an Early Access Feature in the Fleetio Web App
To opt in to an Early Access feature in the Fleetio web app:
- Go to your Account Menu and select Early Access.
- To opt in, click the Toggle to the on position for the feature you want to try.
- If available, click Learn More to get additional details about the feature.
- Refresh the page.
- After you refresh the page, the feature will be enabled for your account. Click Try it out to navigate directly to the feature page in Fleetio.
Disable an Early Access Feature in the Fleetio Web App
IMPORTANT: When an Early Access feature is disabled, any records created using that feature will no longer be available.
To disable an Early Access feature:
- Go to your Account Menu and select Early Access.
- To disable, click the Toggle to the off position for the feature.
NOTE: You may need to refresh the page for the feature to be fully disabled.
After disabling a feature, you'll be prompted to Give Feedback.
- We value your feedback and suggestions for Early Access features, and we strongly encourage you to send us your thoughts.
Opt in to an Early Access Feature in Fleetio Go
To enable an Early Access Feature:
- Tap your Profile Menu in the top right of the Fleetio Go home screen
- Tap Early Access Program
- Tap the Toggle to enable the feature
You can return here to disable the feature at any time.
