With Custom Shortcuts in Fleetio Go, you can create shortcuts for specific tasks to add to your home screen, select which shortcuts you want to see, and organize them into your preferred order.
Add a Custom Shortcut
To add a new Custom Shortcut:
- Tap Customize on the Fleetio Go home screen.
- Tap Add Shortcuts.
- Tap Action to select an action for your shortcut.
- Select one of the available actions. Currently available actions include:
- Add Fuel Entry - Opens the Fuel Entry form
- Add Meter Entry - Opens the Meter Entry form
- New Inspection - Opens a new Inspection form
- New Work Order - Opens a new Work Order form
- (Optional) Tap Vehicle to select a specific Vehicle for your shortcut.
- For example, if you selected Add Fuel Entry, the shortcut will open a Fuel Entry form with the specific Vehicle already selected.
- If you leave this field blank, you'll need to select a Vehicle for your action after tapping on your shortcut.
- Under Shortcut Preview, you can see how your Custom Shortcut will look on the home screen. When you're ready, tap Save in the top right.
Your new Custom Shortcut will be added to your Shortcuts list. You can tap Back in the top left to view it on your home screen.
Manage Shortcuts
You can customize which shortcuts are shown on your home screen and the order which they're displayed.
Tap Customize on your home screen.
To hide a shortcut, tap the Toggle to turn it off.
To change the order in which your shortcuts are displayed:
Tap Edit, tap and drag the shortcuts into your preferred order, then tap Done.
