Contacts and Users serve separate functions in Fleetio. A Contact is a record to store information for any individual whom you either employ or do business with and does not have access to your Fleetio account. A User is enabled with the ability to log in and access your Fleetio account. Learn more about the differences in Contacts vs. Users Explained.
