Auto Integrate Maintenance History

If you are utilizing Fleetio's Maintenance Shop Network, Fleetio's service history will include Service Entries that originate from the Auto Integrate system and others that do not (e.g. historical entries that were recorded prior to you using the Maintenance Shop Network, ongoing services performed "in-house", and ongoing services performed by vendors who are not in-network providers for Auto Integrate.

IMPORTANT: Maintenance Shop Network is available for all Professional and Premium Plan customers.

In order to help you evaluate and authorize NEW Repair Order requests:

  • Fleetio will send your Maintenance History for outside (non-Auto Integrate) entries back to the Auto Integrate system.
  • Each night, for all Enabled vehicles, Fleetio will transmit every historical Service Entry to AI that contains one of the Service Codes mapped in your Account Settings for Maintenance History.

IMPORTANT: To best capture your historical data AND accurately record any NEW non-AI Service Entries, complete all relevant mappings as soon as possible.

PERMISSIONS: Account Owners and Administrators can set up and manage Maintenance Shop Network. See User Management Overview for more information.

  1. Click Shop Network in the Sidebar Navigation and select Shop Payments.
  2. Click the Maintenance History tab.
  3. Use the Service Task drop-downs to select which Fleetio Service Tasks map to which Service Code in Auto Integrate.

NOTE: Mapping is only required for Service Codes that already have a matching Service Task in your Fleetio account, so rows may be left blank.
