The Audit Trail allows users to see when a record was first created and last updated and which user did what to that record over time.
It can be found at the bottom of most pages where records are kept and accessed by clicking on the "Created by ... Last Updated by ... " message.
Filter results by Time Frame, or click on a user's name to view their Contact page.
