A Guest User is automatically created when certain actions are completed within Fleetio. Only a single Guest User is created per account, and it is not created until necessary.
For example, a Guest User is used for Inspections Submitted without a User Login. In this case, a Guest User is created when the first Inspection is submitted without a User login and serves as the User for any future Inspections submitted without a login. The screenshots below show how the Guest User will appear in your Fleetio account.
NOTE: The Guest User cannot be edited or deleted.
