What You Need to Know
Eagle Eye will first attempt to pull the mileage, gallons, fuel cost, and hours from Fleetio. Eagle Eye will push these values to Fleetio if the information was not received before saving the route record.
IMPORTANT: Unit names in Eagle Eye Tracking must exactly match the Vehicle Names in Fleetio. If the unit names differ, navigate to the Maintenance section in Eagle Eye and click the + sign next to the Unit Name. Input the Fleetio Unit Name here.
Integration Setup
- Follow the Fleetio API Keys guide to generate a key and access your account token.
- Copy your new API Key and Account Token.
- Log in to your Eagle Eye account and paste the API Key and Account Token in the appropriate fields:
- If the integration is successful, "(to fleetio)" or "(from fleetio)" will display as shown below:
