When you're ready to roll Fleetio out to the rest of your team, we've got your back! After you have introduced your teams to Fleetio, use our Onboarding Curriculum to help them become more familiar with navigating the Fleetio system.
We've created this Onboarding Curriculum with your team in mind, utilizing screenshots of our Fleetio Go mobile app and providing step-by-step instructions for a variety of Fleetio-related tasks.
How Do I Use the Onboarding Curriculum?
Fleetio's Onboarding Curriculum is made up of several different modules. Each of these modules represents a feature set within Fleetio's system. Below, you'll find all of our Onboarding Curriculum modules, along with the links to access them in a variety of formats (Presentation and PDF). We've also designed the slides to be customizable so you can add your own branding, include relevant industry information, or incorporate your own procedures and expectations.
Step One: Choose Your Modules
Review the Onboarding Curriculum Modules below and decide which modules will work best for your team. Because the modules are designed to address specific tasks that your team may be completing, you'll want to choose your modules based on your teams' responsibilities.
Within each module's section, you'll also find a notation regarding which Fleetio subscription types would benefit from using the module, along with an outline of the module's contents.
IMPORTANT: Although you're more than welcome to print the modules from our Onboarding Curriculum, it's not recommended. Given that our Fleetio Product Team is releasing updates every few weeks, printed materials from our Help Center can quickly become outdated. If you do choose to print your materials, please make sure to check for updates on a regular basis.
Step Two: Access the Resources
Within each of the following sections, click on the links to access the corresponding module. You may download each module as either a presentation or a PDF file.
- The PDF link will open the file for you to preview in your browser. To download, click the menu on the top right of the screen and click Download

- The Presentation link will open a Google Slides presentation. If you would like to edit your presentation in PowerPoint instead, follow the below instructions:
- Click File on the Google Slides Presentation.
- Click Download.
- Select Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx).
- The file will download to your computer, where you'll be able to open it as a PowerPoint file.

Step Three: Watch the Videos (Optional)
Accompanied with each module below, you will also find a short video. This video walks through the entire Onboarding Curriculum module and can either be used to help you become more familiar with the materials, or as a training video for your team.
