Fleetio Go gives you the ability to view and manage your Contact records directly in the app. You can start a new email, call, or text Contacts that have the necessary information listed, or if you've been granted the proper Permissions, you can edit and update Contact information or archive them if they're no longer needed.
View and Add Contacts
To view your Contacts in Fleetio Go, tap the Browse tab on the bottom menu, then tap Contacts in the Directories section.

Use the Search Bar (a) to search for Contacts by name, email, or username.
Use Filters (b) to Sort the list or to filter by a specific Group or Classification.
Tap the + button (c) to add a new Contact, then fill out the information in the form and tap Save.

Tap on a Contact to view their information. If a contact has an email and phone number listed, you can tap on either to start a new email or call/text them. You can also view any Photos, Documents, or Comments related to the Contact.

Edit or Archive a Contact
If you have the necessary permissions, you can edit Contact details and information. Tap the More Actions Button in the top right, then tap Edit Details.
PERMISSIONS: To request changes to your Fleetio Permissions, contact your Account Owner or Administrator.

Make your changes, then tap Save.

If the contact does not have User access, you can archive them by tapping the More Actions Button and then tapping Archive.

NOTE: Archiving is currently only available for Contacts, not Users
