This article will show you how to accept credit card payments from Fleetio customers with credit card payments enabled.
IMPORTANT: Only shops in the U.S. can accept credit card payments.

IMPORTANT: To receive payments for Fleetio Shop Network services, you MUST close the Repair Order in Auto Integrate by clicking Work Complete.
Upon completion of authorized services, you will have two options for customers with credit card payments enabled:
Connected Bank Account
If your shop has a connected bank account in the Fleetio Vendor Portal, the customer's saved credit card with Fleetio will be charged once you mark the service Work Complete in Auto Integrate. Funds are automatically deposited into your connected account within three business days and Payment Status is trackable in your Fleetio Vendor Portal account.
No Connected Bank Account
If your shop does not have a connected bank account in the Fleetio Vendor Portal, the Payment Type for the Repair Order will be set to Credit Card instead of Electronic Payment. Payment will be delivered via a virtual credit card once you complete the Repair Order.
Virtual Card Payment
To receive a virtual credit card payment:
- Click Work Complete to close the Repair Order and display Credit Card Payment below the Repair Order totals.
- Click Credit Card Payment, then Accept Payment if you are ready to receive credit card information. The Vendor Portal Payment Status will show as Awaiting Payment.
- A one-time use virtual credit card will appear in a pop-up in Auto Integrate for the Repair Order's Payable Amount.
- Manually key the credit card details into your point of sale to complete the transaction. The Vendor Portal Payment Status will now show as Posted.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have finished collecting the credit card details before closing the payment pop-up. Credit card details may only be requested and viewed once.
