Fleetio integrates with John Deere Operations Center™ JDLink™ GPS tracking devices.

This article explains how to set up the integration and map your John Deere Operations Center JDLink devices to Fleetio Vehicles.

NOTE: There is no charge to set up the John Deere Operations Center integration with Fleetio.

John Deere Operations Center JDLink is a native integration and includes the following features:

NOTE: Fleetio integrates with the John Deere Operations Center AEMP 2.0 API. Some John Deere Operations Center-specific features and data may not be supported at this time.

Meter Units Supported

This integration supports both primary and secondary meter units in hours, miles, or kilometers when available.

Set the primary and/or secondary meter units appropriately on the Fleetio Vehicle, and the correct value will be imported. See the Meter Overview article for more information on configuring meter units.

Engine Faults/DTC

This integration syncs engine faults/DTCs every 15 minutes.

Sensor Data

This integration syncs some limited sensor data every 15 minutes. Sensor types and availability may vary by equipment.

Data Frequency/Update Frequency

Historical Data

Fleetio does not pull any historical data from the integration. Only new data is imported after the initial configuration.

Data Update Frequency

Meter Entries and Vehicle Location updates are imported on a nightly basis and may be manually refreshed at any time. A new Location Entry is only recorded if it has been more than 15 minutes since the previous entry.

Set Up the Integration

Click Integrations in the Sidebar Navigation.

Click Telematics in the Integrations Directory Sidebar.

Click the Connect button in the John Deere Operations Center tile.

Click the Next button.

Select your sync preferences:
- Devices only - Syncs only telematics device data
  - NOTE: We recommend selecting this option if you already have your vehicles/assets organized or uploaded to Fleetio
- Devices and assets/vehicles - Syncs both device data and vehicle information
  - NOTE: We recommend selecting this option if you do not have your vehicles/assets organized or uploaded to Fleetio

Click the Authenticate John Deere Account button.
You will be redirected to the John Deere Operations Center login screen. Enter your username and password.

Click Allow Access to authorize Fleetio.

Complete the setup by configuring your partner and organization access

Click the Save button.

The integration will show as Online in Fleetio and begin importing your devices and equipment.
