What You Need to Know
Roadflex is an API integration that creates new Fuel Entries in Fleetio as they are reported in Roadflex.
This integration also syncs vehicle details (Name, make, year, model, and odometer) to Roadflex on a 6-hour refresh cycle.
Fleetio is the system of record, meaning changes made in Fleetio will update Roadflex.
Adding the Integration

Prepare Fleetio Vehicles
Before initiating the setup process, ensure that you have entered a valid VIN for each vehicle in Fleetio. Fleetio uses the VIN to match with your vehicles in Roadflex. -
Create an API key in Fleetio
Follow the Fleetio API Keys guide to generate a key and access your account token. -
RoadFlex Dashboard Setup
Enter the API Key and Account Token in your RoadFlex dashboard under the integrations page.
