Fleetio is an all-in-one Software as a Service fleet management program. Made for collaboration, Fleetio data can be accessed by your entire team from many devices with Internet access. Some offline functionality is also available.
Through innovative mobile-first design, you can access the Fleetio "web app" via the web browser on just about any device, or download the Fleetio Go "mobile app" on your Apple or Android smartphone or tablet.
Fleetio receives many questions about the best device to use, recommended smartphones, and which tablets are compatible with Fleetio. This article details the minimum system requirements for full functionality and optimum efficiency in the program.
System Requirements - Fleetio Web App
The Fleetio web app can be accessed by navigating to https://secure.fleetio.com/login in the address bar of your web browser, the program you use to display web pages.
Fleetio works on the most recent versions of most modern browsers. Maintaining an updated web browser is essential for security, speed, and performance. Ensure you have the best possible experience with Fleetio by updating your browser to the latest version.
We specifically support and recommend these web browsers:
- Chrome 111 and higher
- Firefox 128 and higher
- Safari 16.4 and higher
- Microsoft Edge 83 and higher
System Requirements - Fleetio Go Mobile App
Fleetio Go is a mobile app available for both iOS and Android devices.
The Operating System compatibility for the current version is:
- Android: Version 10 and up
- iPhone: iOS 16 and up
For the best possible experience with Fleetio Go, we recommend setting your iPhone or Android device to automatically update the app to the current version. Follow the below links to walk through the process, depending which device you have:

NOTE: For Fleetio Go releases, Fleetio operates on a phased rollout approach.
- For iOS, the release will be available to all users within one week of the release date. If you would like the current version of Fleetio Go for iOS before it is rolled out to you, you may download the current version from the App Store.
- For Android, the release will be available to all users within four days of the release date. If you would like the current version of Fleetio Go for Android before it is rolled out to you, you may download the current version via APK.
Unsupported Operating Systems
A device with an Operating System that is not officially supported may still work, but we cannot guarantee full functionality or accuracy of data recorded from these devices.
We offer previous versions of Fleetio Go to accommodate some older Android Operating Systems.
- Android
- Outdated Android devices which cannot run the current Fleetio Go release may download older versions of Fleetio Go via APK.
- iOS
- As noted above, only iOS Version 14 and up can download the current Fleetio Go release.
