In some cases, a corporate firewall on a company's network may block some of the third-party tools or components that Fleetio uses.
Please ask your IT department to whitelist these domains:

If the domains used by the Fleetio system are not supported by your company's network, situations may arise where your Fleetio screen display appears to be a little off, or buttons are missing (as explained in the example below). Whitelisting the domains above will ensure you have the best experience when using Fleetio.
EXAMPLE: The option to upload Documents to a Vehicle is missing. Navigate to a vehicle's Overview page and click the panel on the right. Then, click the Documents icon. Look for the Drag and drop files to upload button. If these do not display on your screen, check to be sure the domains listed above are whitelisted.
