Email Notifications - Purchase Orders

There are 2 types of notifications you can receive for Purchase Orders. These can be configured for each user in the Notification Settings area under the Part Notifications section.

PO’s pending approval:

  1. Applies only to users with the Approve Purchase Orders permission. You’ll receive an email whenever a Purchase Order has been submitted that you can either Approve or Reject.
  2. Approved/Rejected PO’s:
    Applies only to users with the permission to create Purchase Orders. You’ll receive an email whenever a Purchase Order you created or submitted has been approved or rejected.
