Live Support Chat in Fleetio Go

Chat live with Fleetio Support in the Fleetio Go mobile app.

IMPORTANT: Live chat is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

  1. To start a Live Chat, tap your profile picture in the top right to open the Settings menu.
  2. Select Live Chat under Support.
  3. Fill out a few details before we connect you to a live support agent.
  4. Tap Chat with an Agent to be added to the Live Chat queue. Live chats are handled in the order in which they are received.
  5. You may now begin chatting via the message bar at the bottom. You'll be notified when an agent has joined the chat.
  6. When you are finished, you may end the chat and or request a chat transcript, which will be emailed to the address provided.
