Chat live with Fleetio Support in the Fleetio Go mobile app.
IMPORTANT: Live chat is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- To start a Live Chat, tap your profile picture in the top right to open the Settings menu.
- Select Live Chat under Support.
- Fill out a few details before we connect you to a live support agent.
- Tap Chat with an Agent to be added to the Live Chat queue. Live chats are handled in the order in which they are received.
- You may now begin chatting via the message bar at the bottom. You'll be notified when an agent has joined the chat.
- When you are finished, you may end the chat and or request a chat transcript, which will be emailed to the address provided.
