Reminder Email Notifications

Vehicle Renewal Reminders and Service Reminders offer the ability to automatically subscribe specific users to automated email notifications. These notifications relay important information about upcoming or overdue tasks and services. All Renewal and Service Reminder emails are sent every 7 days and are sent at 7:00 a.m. CST.

Renewal Reminders and Service Reminders can be created either from a Vehicle's overview page or from the main menu on the left sidebar. When adding these reminders a field labeled Subscribed Users will be displayed. 

By default, the user adding the reminder will be added as a Subscribed User. This can be reversed by clicking the x next to the Subscribed User’s name if necessary.

Who else will receive Renewal Reminder and Service Reminder email notifications?

Any user who is “ watching” the vehicle with the service reminder will also receive a notification.

Troubleshooting: If a subscribed user is not receiving emails, have the user check their spam folder. If problems still exist, check with your organization's IT department to ensure users are able to receive emails from all  Fleetio domains.

How do I add or remove someone from the Subscribed Users list?

From the Vehicle's profile page, select the Reminders link and edit the applicable reminders. Add or remove the users from the Subscribed Users field and Save.
